Pricing and Payment:
All prices for products listed on the Website are in Euros, unless a different currency is chosen by the user, through the currency selection menu, upon which the prices will be displayed in the chosen currency, however, all cart and check-out prices will remain in Euros for transparency and security reasons. All prices are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made through the methods specified on the Website. Currently this includes credit cards and PayPal. As the website grows, more payment methods will be provided. If you absolutely must have an item listed on the website, but are unable to use the provided payment methods, please contact polivantage at contact@polivantage.com, and be descriptive in your request. Additional payment methods may be provided upon evaluation of your request.

Shipping and Delivery:
I, or my partners will deliver purchased products to the address provided by you. Delivery times may vary based on your location. I am not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers and manufacturers.

Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature of original artworks and the complexity of the manufacturing process, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product arrives damaged. If your product arrives damaged, please contact polivantage at contact@polivantage.com, within 24 hours of receiving your order, with your receipt, order number and any other order details. Also include proof of defection - such as clear photographs of the damaged product and its original packaging, with at least one photograph including them both. Upon receiving the proof, polivantage representatives will evaluate your case and contact you with their verdict.

Disclaimer of Warranties:
This Website and all Content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. However, I would be highly appreciative of any bug reports.

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use, or inability to use the Website, its Content, or the featured products, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Donations:

All donations count towards a good goal - my well-being and my ability to create. Should you want to donate, visit polivantage.com/donations. All transactions are final due to high operating costs. From each donation I will receive about 89%, the remainder covers transaction fees.

User Accounts And Data:

All information provided by the user to polivantage.com and its hosting providers, is securely stored and private, even to the admins of the website. All identifiers, apart from the self-assigned code name and the e-mail handle, are generated autonomously and are kept anonymous. Your collections are private, unless you specified otherwise, your wish list is always private. Polivantage and any affiliated figures or services do not bear any responsibility concerning user provided data. This includes data loss, privacy infringement and other circumstances where undesired use of user provided information is present. Squarespace is the hosting provider of the website and handles all finance related data. Firebase is a service used to provide other, account related functionality such as authentication and data storage. Should you be interested how they store your data, please refer to their respective documentation.

Termination of Access:

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms.

Force Majeure:

I shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing my obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, apocalyptic events, or failure of third-party service providers.
